Annual Moorage
Option A - Pre-paid by April 1
Option B - Pay 50% April 1, 50% August 1
*Prepaid based on annual contract. Ice is NOT included with annual moorage.

Summer transient rate (Apr 1 - Oct 31, except July /August) - $1.70/ft/day (minimum charge $45/day)
July + August transient rate - $1.92/ft/day (minimum charge of $50/day)
Winter transient rate (Nov 1 - March 31) - $20/day flat fee
**Calculations are based on berth length or boat length overall whichever is greater**
